Step by step heating furnace is a furnace type used in steel pipe heat treatment production lines, which has the following advantages:

(1) When the output is high, the output can reach over 50 tons. The walking furnace is a continuous production furnace type that achieves automation and can handle a wide range of steel pipe sizes;

(2) The heating fast stepping furnace uses gas or liquid fuel, and the heat transfer method to the steel pipe is radiation and convection. The steel pipe is evenly distributed on the distribution beam (fixed beam) in an "elevated" state inside the furnace;

(3) The temperature uniformity of the steel pipe can reach l 5Y throughout its entire length when it is discharged from the furnace. This is because the steel pipe is heated in an "overhead" state on the distribution beam in the furnace, and the steel pipe can be rotated by a certain angle each time it is further rotated;

(4) Due to the ideal heating method and uniform temperature of the steel pipe in the furnace, the deformation is small. Therefore, when the steel pipe is taken out of the furnace, both the curvature and ellipticity are small, creating conditions for cooling processes such as reheating;

(5) Convenient operation can achieve production automation, and the heating situation of the steel pipe in the furnace and the working status of the burner are easy to observe, creating conditions for timely adjustment.
